Our architectural Service & Fee arrangement documentation are derived from an (evolving) Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Plan of Work and respective RIBA Engagement documents as standard practice in determining our Scope of Works with clients.

• Modular Design awareness (previous involvement both Client-side and Contractor-side).
• Consultancy (previous involvement incl’ Technical Advisory Roles to Client, Locum).
• Feasibility and Design (incl RIBA Plan of Works, Planning, Building Regulations, Domestic scale work and Specification).
• NBS Specification Writing.
• 3D Visualization (incl’ Sketch-Up, Hand drawn drawings).
• Masterplanning.
• Competitions.
• Joint Venture collaboration ( incl’ Project based, Consultancy based, Bid based) and
• Outsourcing capabilities (incl’ Freelance based work / Revit Outsourcing).

Within Architecture we provide the following Pre-Construction contract services:

• Brief formulation.
• Feasibility / Viability / Option appraisals.
• Drafting.
• Detailing.
• Consultancy.
• Planning and Building Regulations Submissions.

Please note that the extent of our Scope of Works may vary depending upon the procurement route envisaged.

Outsourcing arrangements available to Studio70.71 include Environmental Analysis Modelling, Detailing to international CAD standards and drawing conventions, 3D Visualization both Low-res and High-res.

Studio70.71Limited is a UK registered company and our Fees are inclusive of prevailing UK VAT tax rate applicable to international exchange rates. Our fees do not include the following; Hardware or Software License costs, Local Authority Applications fees and Condition fees incurred by our Clients in their respective jurisdictions.

IPrights and Copyright remain with Studio70.71Limited for all works undertaken for our clients as standard. Where strategic IP requirements and / or particular Licensing Structures maybe applicable to the works undertaken by Studio70.71Limited these can be reviewed appropriately subject to agreement by all parties.

Invoicing and payment of fees to be agreed by all parties prior to commencing work.
